Eligibility and Age Requirements
To use the services of cashbd9, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Deposits and Withdrawals
cashbd9 supports the major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.1 Deposits

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus (total balance ৳2,200); depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus (total balance ৳22,000).

- Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10 times (10x)
- A specified amount must be wagered before the bonus amount can be withdrawn
- Certain games may not count toward wagering calculations
- Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
cashbd9 offers weekly cashback across five VIP tiers:
- Bronze — maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%
- Silver — maximum weekly cashback of 0.6%
- Gold — maximum weekly cashback of 0.9%
- Platinum — maximum weekly cashback of 1.2%
- Diamond — maximum weekly cashback of 1.5%
You can be promoted to a higher tier based on your play volume and activity.
Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another. Each promotion may have a specific time limit.

Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed when playing games on cashbd9:
6.1 General Gaming Policy
- All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer
- Results announced due to a technical error may be deemed void
- If a game round is not completed, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules
- In the event of any dispute over a game result, cashbd9's decision is final
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. Requests to exceed betting limits will not be accepted.

If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game continues on the server. Upon reconnection, the latest state of the game will be displayed. cashbd9 is not liable for losses caused by connection issues.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cashbd9 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Misusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes
- Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools
- Gaining unauthorized access to another user's account
- Operating an account through a third party
- Using a false identity or fraudulent documents
- Engaging in fraudulent activities against the platform
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by Us
cashbd9 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification
- At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities
8.2 Closure by User
You may request to close your account at any time. Any pending transactions will be settled before the account is closed. Bonuses will be cancelled if the applicable terms have not been met.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
An account with no transactions for more than 12 months will be marked as inactive. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts. The account can be reactivated by contacting support.
